Refund policy
Saya is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, and we hope you love your new pieces as much as we do, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details:
Items may be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached and packaging.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-7 days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please contact love@sayathelabel.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
WRONG/FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at love@sayathelabel.com so we can guide you through the returns process as quickly as possible. Please send a photo of the damaged/faulty item if applicable. You have 14 days after the receiving the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
