What countries does Saya ship to?
We are currently only shipping to Canadian addresses at the moment, but plan to expand to the US market within the next few months! We're searching for the lowest rates to include duties and taxes on international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Ground Shipping within Canada is free on orders $60+ (before taxes)
Orders less than $60 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 + tax
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, sometimes earlier depending on volume! Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or on holidays. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
With Standard Ground Shipping, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days after processing!
How do I check the status of my order?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
What if I want to change the items in my order?
Once an order is placed we can no longer make changes. However, please reach out to us at love@sayathelabel with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel or change your order and we will take care of you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
My purchase doesn't fit, can I return them?
Items may be returned within 21 days of you receiving your order! They must be returned unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached and packaging.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-7 days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
Orders over $60 are eligible for free returns.
Am I able to exchange my purchase for a different size or colour?
At the moment, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
I received the wrong item / a defected item - what do I do?
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can guide you through the returns process as quickly as possible. Please send a photo of the damaged/faulty item if applicable. You have 14 days after the receiving the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
Will you be offering more sizes in the future?
We're currently working on expanding our sizing within our core pieces! We want to get it right, so please keep an eye out for an update on this production!
What makes you different from other athleisurewear / athleticwear brands?
The traditional mark up on athletic wear can be 5 to 10 times the amount of the original cost per unit, especially when produced overseas. We believe in keeping the same product quality without having to break the bank. Our markup is less than half of the traditional. Our goal is to be able to provide premium pieces that are easy to wear and easy to style.
